Screen Gems Inc. has a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee for stock items.
Thank you for choosing to shop with us. We want to make sure that you have customer satisfaction. However, should you find that you need to return a stock product to us the process in easy. Simply return the item in new, unused, and undamaged condition with the packing list within 15 days of purchase, and you will get a full refund to your original payment method less shipping fees.
We will refund 100% of the cost of the returned product(s) less the shipping fees.
Please inspect your order as soon as it is received as Screen Gems Inc. must be notified within 3 business days regarding damaged or missing items.
Several types of products are exempt from being returned. A list can be provided.
For semi-custom or custom printed orders, if we have deviated from your supplied specifications or artwork, we will refund your purchase. Otherwise, these items are nonrefundable.
For items made to order, if the product is damaged, we will refund your purchase. Otherwise, a 15% restocking fee will be charged.
A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all refused shipments and on all items returned after 15 days. To qualify for a full or partial refund, returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of product.
