The print head warranty is directly linked to routine cleaning of your printer. If you do not carry out this cleaning at the required times, the print head warranty will cease to be valid. 

CLEANING CYCLES (number of cards). Regular cleaning is required after 1000 cards have been printed. Warranty is invalid if not cleaned after 1200 cards. Advance cleaning is recommended after 5000 cards printed.
